Wastewater outlet
Before the processed wastewater is discharged back into the water ecosystem, it must be ensured that requirements within local regulation are met with regards to the wastewater outlet specifications.
In some regions such as the EU and the US, each wastewater plant is required to take samples of the discharged water up to five times each day in order to document that there is no presence of harmful substances.
